DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Plumb depot offer a FREE DELIVERY service on orders OVER £300 to mainland UK addresses, this delivery service is available on all stocked orders however, a surcharge may apply to some Scotland addresses.(Please email us if you require advice)
• All orders under £300 will incur a delivery charge of £35.00 exceptions may apply.
• Deliveries are made via the driver in the case of some items such as Cast iron baths you will need to arrange for adequate help at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries could be made on a lorry or a van. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road or area is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, please inform us at the time of order.
• Deliveries are made from approx. 7.00 am to around 6.00pm.
• Requests for an E.T.A on the day of delivery are strictly at the courier’s discretion. Plumb depot cannot be held responsible for delivery times.
• ALL deliveries must be signed for.
• Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery for visible damage. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged or missing item, make sure it’s noted on the courier’s paperwork.
• All claims must be made (via email) within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received
